focused on website and e-commerce development.<\/p><p data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"175\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"175\">When Alexa was launched in Italy in 2018, we began developing \u201cAlexa skills\u201d\u2014which are like smartphone apps, but for Alexa.<br data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"303\" \/>We created skills for Amazon and major international brands.<\/p><p data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"175\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"175\">However, we wanted to evolve\u2014shifting from consultancy work to building our own products.<\/p><p data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"175\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"175\">We focused on creating proprietary Alexa skills, which proved successful and gained a broad user base.<\/p><p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"782\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"782\">Our second opportunity to become a product-based company came in 2022, when we were certified by Amazon as a <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"701\">Qualified Solution Provider<\/strong> for Alexa Smart Properties in the <strong data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"751\">Hospitality<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"773\">Senior Living<\/strong> sectors.<\/p><p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"1076\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"1076\">To better serve the needs of the short-term rental and independent hospitality market, in 2024 we launched a version of <strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"930\">Alexa Smart Properties<\/strong> that enables anyone to activate, configure, and install Alexa in their property\u2014<strong data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1036\">entirely on their own<\/strong>, without needing our technical support.<\/p><p data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1308\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1308\">In 2025, we introduced a new product: the <strong data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1137\">Digital Guide<\/strong>!<br data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1141\" \/>Using the same Control Panel, users of our products can now offer guests and staff <strong data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1268\">information, entertainment, and services<\/strong>, both through Alexa and via smartphone.<\/p><p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1397\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1397\">We\u2019re proud of the journey
