Alexa Smart Properties and the Digital Guide collect real-time data on how guests interact with the services, with a high level of detail.

Take “breakfast” as an example. The Control Panel will show not only how many guests asked Alexa about breakfast, but also how many inquired about times, costs, or menus, and from which rooms the requests were made.

The same data will also be collected from the Digital Guide (coming soon).

Visualization and Export

All data is displayed in interactive charts and tables, making analysis fast and intuitive.
You can select custom date ranges and compare them with the same period from the previous year.

Coming soon: all data can also be exported with a single click, generating pre-formatted PDF reports and well-structured Excel files for easy review.

Privacy

Actual conversations between guests and Alexa are never recorded, and there is no way to trace back to specific words spoken in the room. Privacy is always a top priority.

The system only stores the specific type of request made and links it to a room (or house, or apartment). For example, you’ll know how many times guests asked about breakfast hours, but not how they phrased the question, what tone they used, or any other personal data.

Return on Investment (ROI)

Some services can have a price shown to guests, or an internal cost (visible only to staff in the Control Panel).

For example, you can specify the cost of daily cleaning services.
When guests request not to have cleaning, the Control Panel also calculates the cost saved by the property.
The same applies to services that are booked or requested, such as room service or paid access to the spa.

By analyzing this data and the total number of requests, you can calculate the revenue generated.
This includes indirect benefits, such as time saved at reception thanks to Alexa or the Digital Guide answering guest questions at any time!


You’ll then be able to decide whether to adjust your content to improve service quality, or even cancel your subscription renewal if the investment doesn’t yield the expected results.
