The price depends on the number of units or rooms you activate. All plans include all Smart Controller features. The only difference is the pricing tier, which is based on the size of the property.

No. Activation is free, and there are no upfront costs. You only pay the monthly subscription fee when you decide to activate the service.
Can I pause the service if my business is seasonal?
Yes, you can pause and reactivate your monthly subscription whenever you want. Access to the control panel remains active and free at all times.
Is Smart Controller also suitable for small properties?
Yes. Smart Controller is also designed for people who manage one or just a few apartments, especially if you’re not physically on-site.
