Once you’ve finished checking, you can switch from one property to another in just a few clicks, keeping every apartment or vacation rental separate and easy to identify.

Controlling devices remotely is useful, but it isn’t enough if you still have to remember every time what to turn on before guests arrive and what to turn off after they leave.
With Smart Controller, you can create specific rules for each apartment or vacation rental and link them to stays.
Bookings can come from a connected PMS or be entered manually in the NAVOO Console.
In both cases, Smart Controller uses arrival and departure dates to determine when to activate the automations you have set up.
Each property can have different rules, based on the devices installed and the way it is managed.
For example, you can adjust the temperature before arrival, turn off lights and plugs after departure, and display an alert if doors or windows are left open while the property is vacant or if motion is detected.
You decide once what should happen; Smart Controller repeats it automatically for every stay, reducing forgotten tasks, manual interventions and unnecessary energy use.
